New CAD renders of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have appeared in a new report by 9to5Mac. To recall, the same publication released the first CAD renders of the iPhone 15 Pro models a few weeks back. The new images that have been brought forth through a trusted source have more details than before.
According to the publication, the new images reveal two notable changes to the iPhone 15 Pro series. The first is that the mute button may function similarly to the Action Button available on the Apple Watch Ultra. The second is that the camera module will have less protrusion than what was revealed in the first CAD renders.

According to the publication, the iPhone 15 series will not have solid-state buttons, as previous reports had claimed. The Cupertino company will continue to offer separate volume buttons, which will have a conventional design.
The iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a new mute button. As mentioned above, it may function like the Apple Watch Ultra’s capacitive Action Button. This button can be reconfigured to use it for something else on the device. So, it may allow users to launch the camera app, access the flight light, and so on.
The previously seen CAD images showed a huge camera bump on the iPhone 15 Pro models. However, the new renders show that the bump will not be as prominent as it was before. However, the camera bump on the Pro Max will be slightly bigger than the Pro model. The probable reason behind this could be that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a periscope zoom camera, while the iPhone 15 Pro will not have it.
Apart from these changes, the new images match the previous ones. Hence, the iPhone 15 Pro series will have slimmer bezels and a USB Type-C slot.
