A Realme device with model number RMX3760 was recently spotted on multiple certification platforms. Now, it has also been approved by Thailand’s NBTC certification. It confirms that the device will be arriving on the market with the Realme C53 moniker.
The Realme RMX3760 handset has previously been spotted at certification platforms, such as the FCC, Europe’s EEC, and Indonesia’s TKDN. The EEC listing did not reveal any information on the specifications of the device. However, the FCC certification revealed its battery size and a few details on its connectivity. Its appearance at NBTC (shown below) has finally confirmed the name of the device.
Realme C53 specifications: What’s known so far
As per the FCC certification of the device, it will come equipped with a 5,000mAh battery. It will be a 4G VoLTE device with support for Wi-Fi 802.1 b/g/n, NFC, GPS, and Bluetooth.
The other details of the Realme C53 is yet to be revealed. The name of the device suggests that it will be positioned lower than the Realme C55, which is priced at Rs 10,999 in India. The RMX3761 handset, which was recently approved by India’s BIS authority, is believed to be the Indian variant of the Realme C53.
In related news, Realme has confirmed that the Realme 11 series will be announced on May 10 in China. The lineup is expected to include three models, such as Realme 11, Realme 11 Pro, and Realme 11 Pro+.
The specifications of the Realme 11 are yet to be revealed. Reports have revealed that the Realme 11 Pro will offer 67W charging and a 100-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera system, whereas the Pro+ will arrive with 80W or 100W charging and a 200-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit. Both phones are expected to offer common specs, such as a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz curved-edge display, a new Dimensity 7000-seris chip, a 5,000mAh battery, Android 13 OS with Realme UI 4.0 on top, and a 16-megapixel front camera.
