Xiaomi confirms launch date of 4K TV Stick with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos in India

In India, Xiaomi TV Stick 4K, a smart home product from the Chinese electronics company, will be available on February 14. In December 2021, the tech giant released the product for the first time. A regular television can be transformed into a smart one with the help of this device. Android TV 11 runs on the device, and Dolby Vision technology enhances video playback. Xiaomiโ€™s Patchwall will be included in the Indian version, which is already used in its smart TVs. A quad-core Cortex A35 chipset powers the TV Stick 4K.

Shortcut buttons for each app

Xiaomi TV Stick 4K comes with a Mi Voice Remote with a dedicated Assistant button. The device comes preloaded with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube, as well as Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. Additionally, the remote includes shortcut buttons for each app and a Chromecast built-in.

Xiaomi TV Stick 4K was launched in December 2021 and is equipped with a quad-core Cortex-A35 processor, a Mali-G31 MP2 GPU, and 2GB of RAM. The stick has an internal storage capacity of 8GB. Android TV 11 is the operating system on this device.

The device plugs into regular televisions and transforms them into smart televisions once they are connected. Dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and Bluetooth v5.2 wireless connectivity are supported by the smart home device. The device also features an HDMI port and a Micro-USB port for charging.

Xiaomi includes one TV Stick 4K, one remote control, one power adapter, and one HDMI Extender cable with the package. There are 42.8 grams in weight and 106.8ร—29.4ร—15.4mm in size in the Xiaomi TV Stick 4K streaming device available in black. The Indian variant of the product has not yet been priced. In the past, Xiaomi launched its Mi TV Stick in August 2020 for Rs. 2,799 in India.
